updates do not work

:-\ I'm on a network at work and SpywareGuard and Spybot do not update ... Adware does ??? any ideas on how to update ??

you have firewall enabled ??
coz if by mistake you hav disallowed the update files to connect... or maybe not
anyway you can try manual update....
do listen some admin or mod or well knowledged person's advice for more help
