hidden partitions

i have on 2 primary, active partitions, winxp prof and vista ultimate respectively, which are hidden against each other. making a computer backup - say under xp- i cannot see the other partition, which is original purpose. its says only "ohne". my question: with replaying that backup, do i get the whole content of the hidden partition or do i have to conduct a separat backup under the relevant os- say vista?

Try making the bootable Rescue CD, boot with it and see if it will see both partitions during a backup attempt.
