Add and Remove, error message

While trying to delete Kerio 2.1.5, windows sends the following message: An installation support file could not be installed. The system cannot find the file specified.

It's causing a real problem.

Is there anyway around this, I wonder?

Delete or uninstall? You must uninstall a program, not delete. Or are you deleting something related after the uninstall?

I'm trying to uninstall the program.

Try re-installing the program over itself. If there's a file missing it may get replaced during this procedure.

Then reboot and run the uninstaller again. (Do make sure you disable and exit from Kerio before attempting to uninstall).

Thank you so much for this effective remedy. I was in quite a fix there for a few days. Long story, but thanks to the support I received here at Wilders, the problem is sorted.
