Vista Ultimate Image w/TI 10

I just made an image of my Dell Laptops 100gb drive using TI. Seemed to go smooth. I put the new drive in, booted up the PC, and got an error from Vista saying some files were missing and it needed to be repaired. This should be a 1:1 copy right? What could be happening here?
Just wondering if people are having success using Vista and TI to image and restore.

try updating to the latest build of TI 10; i think it was/is a bug in previous build.
