The SpywareGuard interface won't open?

Hello

How do I open the SpywareGuard interface? It doesn't seem to open from the desktop shortcut or the start menu. I cant't un-install or re-install SpywareGuard because it is running, and I am instructed to close it from the interface. The interface is supposed to be started from the system tray, but I don't see an SG icon on my system tray?

I'm using Windows XP. There must be an easy solution, but I'm about losing my mind here. :P

Hi flaming idiot,

Can you check in the processes list in task manager (ctrl-alt-del -> taskmanager -> processes) if you see the two following files running :

sgmain.exe
sgbhp.exe

If so end their tasks and in the add/remove programs software list in co,ntrol panel, you should be able to remove and install SG again.

I ended the processes you suggested and re-installed SpywareGuard.
Now I have the SG icon on my system tray. ;D
