AVG scan

Ok ... when I start a scan it comes up shell32.dll and the path is C:\WINDOWS\system32\shell32.dll .... but when the scan is finished and the list of threats, etc. comes up, it says there arent any..... but it I go into Test Results - it shows it listed... says "Result: change" and then "Staus: changed" ....... so, if it was changed- why is it still coming up each time I scan?

Do a system test scan and confirm the changes. Same with hosts file if you've updated it.
Windows Update will cause that to happen.
