Submitting File to DiamondCS Fails

I'm trying to submit a suspect file identified by TDS-3 to DiamondCS Labs for inspection but the process fails. Anyone have any suggestions/comments.

Its best if you zip and email the file to submit@diamondcs.com.au , we ask that everyone does make submissions as often as possible

Please CC it to submitviruses@yahoo.com.au as well and I will take a look at it more promptly :)
