I ran CounterSpy v2 and turned in my reports and got back an answer of not malware? Only thing is "eabservr" (Quick Launch) keeps popping up and even powers down the computer. What is this? I have Spyware Blaster (can't say as I knew how to use until I read your posts) and want to know if this "Windows" file can be close watched with a CSLID in Spyware Blaster.

??? I think it was MAINICON folder. Unable to determine file - maybe it was BitDefender since ***ss - The links was used for another process file (Windows Installer) AND I did not like the advertisement I received. I ran a registry scan and what luck, no files can be removed without purchasing, umph. I pretty sure I paid my dues to those guyes.
