Fails to create snapshots every first time

So far I have created 6 snapshots. After first installing (http://www.wilderssecurity.com/showpost.php?p=949687&postcount=9) I created 5 more snapshots from the original XP snapshot. In each of those 5 XP snapshots, when I tried to boot into them it gave an error saying that hal.dll was missing. I would then boot into a working snapshot and update the snapshot and it would then boot normally.

BTW, is there an email address to submit bug reports or is this forum all there is?

Sorry to hear about that dreaded HAL.dll showing its ugly face again :)
I have not experienced it with Firstdefense but have fought with hal.dll messing with other software (or software messing with hal.dll).

It seems this is the only place for support though, sort of.
