Dell PowerVault 100T DAT72

Hi,

I´m trying the TI 9.0 Entreprise Server on my Server wich is a DELL Power Edge 2800, hard disk configuration 146GB RAID 1 on SCSI RAID PERC 4e/di running Windows Small Business Server and a tape drive model PowerVault 100T DAT 72.
My question is if there is an option to activate the tape drive?? Is this tape drive supported?? Because I can´t backup to my tape drive.

To get access to updates you should first register (http://www.acronis.com/enterprise/registration/) your software.

If the issue persists after updating, please collect some information to let us investigate it thoroughly:

- Download the archive (http://download.acronis.com/support/tapes.zip);
- Unpack the archive to C:\
- Start the command prompt (Start -> Run -> cmd);
- Run the following command:
c:\tapes.exe > c:\tapes.txt
- Collect the tapes.txt file from c:\

Please also collect the exact vendor and device names of the tape drive in question.

Then submit a request for technical support (http://www.acronis.com/enterprise/my/support/). Attach all the collected files and information to your request along with the step-by-step description of the actions taken before the problem appears and the link to this thread. We will investigate the problem and try to provide you with a solution.
