How this could be abused: a user will move away from a computer, ICQ will changes status to N/A, javascript will launch a webpage, an audio file will played (AV has no reason to stop this).
I myself, do not consider this as a vulnerability, but as the proof, how easy can be computer fully maintained with a voice, not just for fun, but by people, who can not move very well.
