Can you help me, please, I'm searching for the cryptography programs which support IDEA

Several did at one time. None that I know of now. Patent problems resulted in several encryption applications being forced to stop using the algorithm. Also, its usefulness is limited to only smaller files and smaller containers as it is of the older generation of 64-bit block ciphers. Same problem as with Blowfish, still a strong algorithm for singe-file encryption and small containers but beyond that, it's unsafe. That's why Schneier developed the newer 128-bit block cipher, Twofish, to replace Blowfish for large partition, whole drive or large container encryption.
