G-MAIL: A script on this page is causing IE to run slowly.

I'm having trouble with GMAIL. The trouble is I get this pop-up message and associated 'go-slow' hassle;

"A script on this page is causing Internet explorer to run slowly. If it continues to run, your computer may become unresponsive."

What do I do to rid myself of this?

I have been using Gmail for more than a year with both IE6,Firefox and now IE7. Have never had such a message , including just a few minutes ago . Everything is running smoothly

It happens when you have the 'compose' window open to send mail. Not when reading i/c mail.
