Opening Spyware Blaster to Update

Why, when I want to open Spyware Blaster, does the Windows Installer run instead of the Spyware Blaster opening immediately? This slows the process considerably. When I previously had Spyware Blaster installed it just opened right up without a new install by Windows Installer.

Can't say why for sure but if I were you I would un/reinstall the app. after cleaning any traces from the uninstall.
Reboot before reinstall.
