All 3 keylogging methods are covered in the next version of AppDefend. The screen capturing aspect isn't yet. I'm not sure if there is a viable solution for that given that many apps could capture the screen themselves to achieve various visual effects.

I have the impression that Snoopfree does monitor and prompts block/allow for that.

To catch direct input you could use various hips a.s.o.. if you use Outpost you don´t have to worry.

I'm not saying one should use it. I'm saying Snoopfree can do that. I don't use it, i just tried it briefly.

The keylogging methods I talked about are in the current version of AppDefend just for what it's worth. When I get some free time I would like to see how reliable the other anti keyloggers are as it's a bit open to implementation as to how best to do it. I suspect some may do it in a way which makes false positives occur more often.

Not really, I have found the opposite to be true in many cases. It just depends on the genre of the software you are talking about. It has actually left me becoming very disappointed whenever I have to go on a Windows computer since much of my favorite software is not available to use, unless through some sort of emulation which makes things quite slow.
