hello:
i lost an important file bcz that file was infected with a trojan i need that file back i dont know how to check which file it is in nod32 infected folder and how to use it again.

try to see in nod32 quarantine menu. if its exist you can restore it.

well, if that file is infected I don't know if it's safe to restore it.

Trojans don't infected other files , Viruses do so .
Files which are trojans are to be deleted. What was so important for you that was trojan , tell us more . I agree with Pykko that since it was infected nobody can guarantee it was safe to use .
NOD32's Quarantine is in Control Center -> NOD32 System Tools
