Possible your NOD32 Kernel daemon doesn't run...

Did you try a restart?

Check your "services" if "NOD32 Kernel Service" is running

Are you able to start the Control Center manually from the Start menu?

When I am trying to start is manually , its working.

(But its not showing splash screen on windows start up. I have already unchecked option on NOD32 setup. and I need to start it manually only.)

Run regedit, navigate to the key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run and make sure a string value nod32kui exists and is set to "C:\Program Files\Eset\nod32kui.exe" /WAITSERVICE

Could AVG be blocking something? And what is IDM?

Please completely turn off IDM and re-download a FRESH copy of NOD32

Uninstall

Reboot

Delete the ESET folder from C Drive> Program Files

Reinstall

Reboot.

Cheers ;D

God ,just yesterday I installed NOD32 in a small network where someone have installed that CRAP . When I first saw it I suspected it to be a messer-up and it turned out to be true . I had to first install Mozilla Firefox to use it to download fresh copy of NOD32 because this download manager is something really really nasty and not working , who knows how it downloads stuff. This IDM might not be the problem in your case but you really need to try without it
