NOD32: good product. But where is the support?

Hi to everybody, I am in Italy. Some years ago needed me over 25 licenses for my company. To try at least for a week the product I have written 4 mails to the local distributor. Ignored, I have never received an answer.
I have recently tried to contact the local distributor for my PC to know if Vista Business 64bit are supported by the NOD32 2.70 and to have other information around the management multiuser. Currently I still have the version 32bit but I have asked to Microsoft for the DVD for 64bit. In the Italian site you is written:

Differences among the version Single consumer and that Multiuser (Administrator): the version multiuser possesses additional functions. Its use is appropriate in environments LAN / WAN, from the moment that it allows the creation of copies of the files of updating. The version Multiuser asks for the purchase of a license Corporate / Multiuser.

Following the phone call I have had an answer annoyed by an employee: "if he wants to try the version 2.70 if the unloads from the official site. Other news I don't know how to give."
How can I purchase a product without fundamental news?
Someone could kindly tell if it is possible possession the answers on compatibility with VISTA 32/64bit and behavior with multiuser.

afaik nod32 works fine in vista, both 32- and 64-bit.
