Per Eset's Software License Agreement

Yeah I can see stuff like that but its the
"Such information may include personal information about You and/or the user of the computer"
and
"send this information to Licensor, to allow Licensor to collect such information and to share this information with trusted third parties."
That concerned me.

well the IP address you're submitting from could be considered "personal" - but as someone already said, if it bothers you, all you have to do is turn off threatsense and it becomes a non-issue, as submissions will not happen.
Also - if you have a valid license, I see no reason why anyone would want to opt out of the threatsense program - being part of the solution - ie, submitting information which can help Eset build a better version of their products is something we should all be proud to be part of.... at least that's how I think of it.... ;)

If you submit a file via ThreatSense, the full path to the file is included in the log as well. As you know, personal folders in "documents and settings" contain usernames so this is what we mean by personal information.

thanks for clarifying that items Marcos - while that's POTENTIALLY useful information to an external person who might attempt to subvert a machine from the outside, in the hands of Eset, it's not going to provide any threat to the end user at all (in my opinion).

Of course not concerned. ;)
I've already enabled ThreatSense, which is the strong foot of NOD32.
I really love high-detection rate of heuristic engine. I feel I have to help the engine work better. That's why we mustn't bother ourselves with paranoia. Instead, we should be members of the chain.
