Missing Control Panel.

For the first time ever I switched on my PC and Nod 32 Control Logo is missing from my Lower tool bar what has happened what shall I do.

In the Frequently Asked Questions - FAQs thread (http://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=150856) it lists the answer under: Icon isn't showing in the system tray.

Sorry I panicked I just went to all programs Eset and clicked on control centre and got it back.

No worries, it is a known Windows and/or Video Card issue.
