Partition Expert 2003

i wanted to copy all data´s from my old hard disc to my new so i started my Acronis Partition Expert 2003 and copyed my partition (only have one on this hardisc)to the new and empty hard disc in a Primary Partition (because i wanted a bootable hard disc).
But atleast i have 94GB on my old and 93,9GB on my new and im also not able to boot from my new hard disc. when i try to boot from my new hard disc i get an error:

Acrons Autostart

Error: Script file not found

i get this error before the last starting screen(last screen before you can see your desktop) from windows xp(no sp2)

now i would like to know why partitions expert 2003 doesnt copy ALL data´s and how i can get all my data´s from old to new hard disc ...
