COMODO & Windows ME

Is there a problem with loading COMODO onto a machine running Windows ME? I tried this afternoon on a friend's machine and kept getting an error message about shutting down some file (I know, not much help, but I was in a rush to get somewhere and had to leave. I'll try and get the file name next time. Anyway, is there an known problem or is it just this machine which has the problem?
