i try to copy/update one of my snapshot to another snapshot the one that i copy/update is not active. but i get an error.while im copy/update the snapshot, my running programs (tray icon) is bufferzone free, cyberhawk, onspeed.i save the activity log....in case you want.

Try uninstalling Cyberhawk. I had the same problems and uninstalling it corrected the error. It was a file with the mfg name....Novatix.

if i uninstall cyberhawk what program will replace?
