LnS and connections limit

Are there any plans to unlimit, or at least massively raise the current limit of 128 connections available when SPI is enabled in LnS? This is a major and unnecessary flaw in an otherwise great firewall.

I guess this is a question for Frederic, but if anyone else knows... :D

The number of simultaneous connections is 256 as of v2.05p3 - 09-18-2005, see the forum sticky that announces v2.05p3 package.

I think the point remains, however. Many p2p programs (eg., utorrent) come with a default setting of 750 connections for 2MB ADSL.

Is there a reason why LnS limits the number of connections?

Not to worry as the next release will address this, as mentioned by Frederic elsewhere on the forum here, v2.06 will offer custom controls to adjust the limit to 1025… ;)
