What firewall will Vista use

Will Vista use the same FW as that of Win XP and which only gave inbound protection but not outbound or will Vista's FW be a whole new firewall.

Vista firewall uses the same source code as XP's, so it is like an updated version.
Outbound is disabled by default, but it can be enabled by admin, if it is needed.
All firewalls are the same, so it will suffice unless other features are required.
Though Vista firewall lacks in a comfortable control (GUI) & traffic preview.
