Can some help me to create rules in Kerio 2.1.5 for soulseek an emule?

Thanks...

Do you know what ports these programs use? Usually it is in the documentation. That's something we would need to know before we can create specific rules. I use the Bittorrent utility build into my Opera browser, and I have one rule created for it. I allow TPC IN/OUT for port 18768 (going from memory here). However, rather than choosing "Allow always," I select "only for this session" in the rule. I also set it to "ask," as I don't want others connecting to my Opera browser whenever it is opened. That way, when I want to download something via torrent, Kerio is set up to ask me for permission each "session." Once you close your torrent software, the session is over. For me, this has worked like a charm. At any rate, you should only allow the ports required for the program, or simply specify what ports you want the utilities to use. I've never used either program so my answer might be somewhat generic.

Hi joao_proscrito,

Basics for Emule:-

Outbound TCP/UDP

Inbound rules depend on your setting for Emule. These settings can be found/changed in Emule:- Options ~ connections:

From the settings shown, 2 rules need to be made:-

TCP inbound:

UDP inbound:

The above rules will allow the basic connections needed for Emule.
I have not installed "soulseek" to check on what is required, as this program is known to have conflicts with NOD32 (IMON) which I currently have installed.
