The screen shot looks like an adware to me. A click on the bottom will let you download something?

1. Wallix Pro's homepage (http://www.bestsecuritytips.com/) is crowded with other products, amazon buys, etc.
2. Eventhough it is listed on Softpedia (http://www.softpedia.com/get/Security/Firewall/Wallix-Pro.shtml), it did not get 100% Clean Award yet.
