Which rule prevents NetBIOS/"net use" connections ?

Sorry, just another question:

After having installed LooknStop (=with the default rules)
I tried to connected a neighbour computer through a "net use"
command.

Unfortuantely this is NOT possible.

I had to completely exit LooknStop then it worked.

Which of the default rules is responsible for the denial of
NetBIOS (over TCP-IP) traffic ?
