TI Home 10B4871: Problem backing up to DVD-RW

While trying to backup "My Computer" C:\ partition to DVD-RW, TI prompt me to insert a DVD, after inserting the disc and press OK, the following message appears after pausing for a while.

E00040010: Device is busy.

Please click Retry to continue with Volume 1 or click Cancel to cancel the operation.

And I have 2 buttons to click, Retry and Cancel.

Still cannot after multiple retries and cancel is the only choice.

Please advise on what's going on...

Try this: when you put the dvd disc in its drawer, leave the drawer open and let the software close it, which it should when you click on OK.

Thanks. But I got a little problem doing that! I am using a lappy and there is no mechanism to close the tray through software. ;D

What must the condition of the DVD-RW disc be while doing backup?

Blank?
Formatted? or
Any! Even with some files already in it, TI will take care?
