using win98se on a router connection. How do you block or prevent referers?

Jetico will not filter referrers. You will need to set up your browser for this.

Example: If you are using firefox, open firefox, go to: Tools~ Extensions~ "get more extensions" which will take you to the firefox add-ons page, and search/ install "RefControl"
