More problems

Hello all, have been reloading my computer after a HD crash, had a big conflict between Roxi and AVG antivirus, got it all working, now when I launch Acronis to back it all up, I get an error message saying it does not see any drives? whats up here, anyone know how to correct?

What version and build number of True Image is it?
Are you runnin TI from within Windows or via the bootable Rescue CD?
Some details of your system .. SATA drives? usb or wireless Keyboard/Mouse, motherboard (some of the Asus ones seem to cause problems with TI), etc.

Build 9, running from windows, MS wireless mouse, no SATA drives, I uninstalled the program, booted back up in Msconfig, disabled startup items, reinstalled, all seems OK now, I dont know what the deal was!
