Untitled Security Alerts

??? I have Spyware Blaster 3.5.1 and SpywareGuard 2.2, which I recently updated to the current 2.2 version. I have started getting some Security Alerts regarding internet access attempts, asking me if I want to deny or approve access. That is great, except that I have no clue as to what program is responsible for these alerts, as they are untitled :o ! I checked and looked at the one screenshot but it is not the same, in appearance, alert as I am getting.
How do I find out what is sending these security alerts to me? Thank you very much really appreciate any help with figuring out this mystery...parrotplay

When the security alert is present....if you could capture a screen shot of this alert and post that as an attachment to a post it might help determine the origin.
