im guessing you use no script in firefox?
eiether of those av's are fine but for high risk surfing most people reccomend kasperksy antivirus 6.0 due to its detection rate and very fast signiture updates.
also btw the lastest version of nod32 is 2.7 2.5 is old now.
other than that it looks like a very good setup.
you could add superantispyware free version from my sig as an on demand scanner to see if your clean after the high risk surfing.

Thanks for your advice Lodore.
I have also got a subscription to KAV 6.0, but have in the past had compatibility problems with other security apps. I will however try it out again. I am also not sure how it will play with CPF Pro (application, component & Network monitors enabled). This is in part why I am using Antivir.

Hi Diprivan,
I think there is an "overkill" between First Defense and Shadow User (you can make daily or hourly if you want updated snapshot with First Defense) or Shadow User and GeSwall/DefenseWall ( Geswall and Defensewall sandboxe all non trusted prog and with Defensewall you can revert changes made by progs)
