Reboot after upgrade?

What happens if I don't reboot after uninstall of ewido and install of AVG? We have a bit <200 computers that I have to install this manually on, and I don't want to wait for each one to reboot. They typically get restarted once a day by the user anyway. So what happens if I choose "I want to reboot manually later"? Thanks.

The guard won't be started automatically, however, if you launch the app it will be started. Also the context menu scan might not work. Other than that, everything else should work but I can't guarantee it, sorry :)
