Have you updated NOD32 manually ? Is your license current , it sounds like it has expired ...

i don't now how to updated NOD32 manually ...maybe you be able to help me?

Open NOD32 Control Center -> Goto Update and press Update now

When did you pay for your NOD32 license ? I'd like to know if it has expired

ADD : Your license needs to be active so that you can update . Also , if it is active , check your firewall and also this (http://www.wilderssecurity.com/showpost.php?p=889395) suggestion from the NOD32's FAQ
