i have some problem

my pc has a virus. i don't know ,is it?
my printer driver has lost all and i try to add new.
pc show that the print spooler service is not running.
i try to open print spooler service, my pc is show printer.
but when i restart it lost again and i must do it again.
could you help me ,please?

Do you have NOD32 installed and updated ? What version - 2.5 , 2.7 ... ?

try going to control panel,administrative tools,services.
change the startup type of printer spooler service to automatic.
i had that type of problem the other day lol.
i was tweaking services and put the wrong type on printer spooler and it wouldn't work.
shouldnt be a virus but still could be.
