Was wondering if I change my boot order now so that my CDROM is first in line instead of my floppy will that make a difference with FDISR snapshots? I guess that will only be a change for that one snapshot image? I was thinking of the image situation where I'm going to create an image an send it off to a usb hard drive then do a test and bring it back to the host system to make sure all is ok. But must I have my boot order right or is it ok to have a floppy first then a cdrom then my hdd?

There is no problem when you change the boot order.

Anyway, after such change, if it would matter, Windows will ask to reboot. And then you would update your archive on the external drive and you are all set and updated.
