View Full Version : Just purchased NOD32 and I have a problem

I followed the instructions and received my email with the user name and the password. I uninstalled the trial version of NOD32 and then restarted my computer. I installed the CD, went through the set-up (entered in user name and password) without incident and rebooted my computer. When I try to update NOD32, I received a message saying, "Server Connection Failure."
