missing files and system locks up

i have files missing from spyware guard and it locks up. i tried to download it but my computer won't accept the new download. i have sent emails to wilders.org and any other from your company and have got no responce >:( in the program files there are only 4 files: 2dll's and 2 exe. could someone explain why you refuse to respond to my querry on a way to resolve this problem so i can use my computer again?
