Good All in one Instant Messenger?

I want a all-in-one Instant messenger (MSN, AIM, Yahoo), I've tried Trillian, I dont like it, I mostly need AIM, but dont like the first party client (As I hate all AOL software, but have a few people I talk to on AIM)

Just what is it about Trillian you do not like, if you do not mind telling?

Dont like the look of it, the configuration panels are badly done, most the skins for it are for the Pro version...
