error trying to install nod32 2.7

everytime i try to install nod32 2.7 im getting this error called
"(120) error occured while registering the service Nod32_winnt_english_standard" has anyone accured this problem before?

Are you trying to upgrade from old NOD32 version to the newest 2.7 ?

It could be your current account on your PC. You need admin privileges to install NOD32.
