Inexperienced Spyware Guard User

I need advice on a problem with spyware guard. I downloaded this program and then tried to uninstall. While I can't quite remember what I did to try and uninstall I think I dumped the program into the recycle bin and emptied the bin. Now when I try to use the uninstall function (yes I finally figured that out) I can't unistall. Any suggestions?

Lol. Try to install it again. Then uninstall it properly. I guess that would do it.

It is probably its hook that is blocking you. A reinstall, then proper disable/shutdown and uninstall may handle it fine. There is also a registry file available to manually disable the hook. See this post:
