Hello everyone,
as this is our first post let us explain where our problem is - as authorized partner of Fujitsu Siemens we are steadily undergoing a change of hardware platforms and exactly this is our problem.
We have backed up a whole Windows 2003-server with Acronis True Image Enterprise 9.1 (RAID-controller : LSI Logic MegaRaid 320) and need to restore this machine (which was stolen in the meantime due to burglary) on a new TX150S5 which has a LSI MegaRaid SAS-1068R (FW 6.08.04.00) attached as RAID-device.
Universal Restore works well, the driver location is given by us and Acronis tell us that the restore is complete - afterwards (after rebooting), the Windows 2003 boot screen is shown and but moves very, very slow - after 15 minutes we gave up...
Is this a usual process or lacking support for LSI? Is there any solution so far or do we really need to set up the server again although we've sold a professional data backup solution?
Best regards and thanks for any helpful hint,
Oliver Schönknecht
