Enigmail and Thunderbird

Adding the Enigmail extension to Thunderbird is pretty much a one click process.

I was looking to install GnuPG. Is this straight forward as well ? There seemed to be alot of guides and how tos but no straight forward quick install.

Has anyone come across a quick install/config setup ?
