Unable to do Norton Anti Virus Live Update

Hi all, would like some help from u guys:)

Why some computers on the same network domain are unable to do Norton antivirus live update whereby their software is original? What could be preventing it from doing the Norton live update?

thanks for the reply cheater87 :D nope i checked and the firewall is not blocking it so what could be the other problem causing it?
