Disk Director Suite 10 trial problem

I've downloaded trial version of Disk Director Suite 10.
Now I'm trying to install it, but installer shows me this message: "Failed to register the product. Please try again later". I've tried several times a day, but it always stops on this message-box.
What can I do?
