I have 3 drives,C/: and D/:on disk 1 and E/: on disk 2.
C/: is Windows(Internet etc) ;D/: is sample storage and E/: is music storage and back-ups.
On E/: there is a complete music OS(Windows +apps) stored as a True Image back-up.
Is it possible, usingDD,to form a new partition in D/:and transfer this music OS onto it,thus creating a dual boot system?
Can the remainder of D/: still be named D/:?
Can I select any letter (such as M/:)for the new music partition?
Does DD sort all this out or does it involve a lot of Windows complexity?
Many Thanks.
