Hi goksi75, welcome to Wilders.
I would try uninstalling and reinstalling NOD32 as described HERE (http://www.wilderssecurity.com/showpost.php?p=863312)
Cheers ;D

I have had no problems running Ewido/AVG Anti-Spyware (scanning, updating, etc) alongside NOD32 v2.70.16. Suggest you follow Blackspear's suggestion in the first instance.

I have also noticed this with AVG 7.5.0.50 plus as well as frequent
'server not available' messages. However trying again later usually works fine.
It appears to be a server problem as my wife, who does not have
NOD32 installed, experiences the exact same thing. I only update
AVG anti-spyware manually. Edit.. by manually I mean running the online update
via the user interface or the tray icon r/click menu option.

Looks like there is something to the update problems experienced by some of us. See here : http://www.wilderssecurity.com/showpost.php?p=895846&postcount=7
"We are currently doubling the number of our servers. As there are quite a lot servers, we expect this process to be finished by the beginning of next week. Sorry for any inconvenience caused by this process but the number of users is increasing at a very high rate, thus requiring a lot more server power in the future." by peter.ewido
