Ever since I installed IE 7, my mouse gestures have stopped working. I have an ALPS touchpad that has a function which enables me to drag my finger along the top of the touch pad and depending whether I start from the center and go left or right it enacts either a back or forward function.
Interestingly, the scroll function along the right side of the touch pad continues to work. Unfortunately, I have had no luck in getting either my laptop manufacturer or ALPS to give me an updated driver, assuming that is the culprit.
Is my assumption correct that the driver is to blame?
What, if anything can be done to fix this?
