I just recently upgraded to Disk Director 10 from 9. DD seems to work as it should, but I cannot get Media Builder to run. Whenever I try to start it by any of the available icons (within DD, in the Acronis folder or by the icon) nothing happens (except some HD activity but that stops in a couple of seconds.
I installed DD on my E drive and noticed that Media Builder installs on the C drive. I have un-installed it several times and re-downloaded the install package several times with the same results.
I've gotten no response from tech support in the last two days. Anyone seen anything like this?
Running XP Home SP2 and DD10 b2117. I don't use GoBack.
